THE SISTERHOOD THAT BRINGS HOPE

 This incredible group of women will meet twice a year for one hour and hope to fundraise $20,000 to fund our Gemstones in the Making Scholarships. You will hear how our efforts will inspire and empower the young women in our community and how we are working to keep the dream of education alive for bright and dedicated young women who would otherwise have to give up on their dream due to financial hardships.  This is for you if you are looking for any or all of this:

• You believe that talent is universal but opportunity is not.
• You want to help make the dream of higher/vocational education for a young woman in SW Florida a reality. 
• You believe that investing in young women is key to a stronger community.
• You want to meet other like-minded women of philanthropy.
• You Do not have a lot of time but want to be involved. 
• You want to empower and invest in the lives of young women.
• You Can attend or support a minimum of 1 of the 2, one-hour meetings a year.

 50 Women bring $200, Listen to how Gemstones in the Making is making an impact in our community, hear personal stories from young women that have been impacted by our efforts and understand how our organization is collaborating with other non for profits in the area and reach our fundraising goal in an hour! 

 The amount each member contributes is $200  at each meeting to reach for a goal of $10,000 in one hour! Amazing. We meet 2 times a year. The following options will be available to make each meeting donation:

 How Much:

• Pay $200 for each meeting upon online registration.
• Or Pay $400 one time for the 2 annual meetings. 

Method to pay Upon online registration:

• Online electronic payments can be made to our Gemstones in the Making Fund
• Or a check can be written to the Gemstones in the Making Fund
• A receipt will be sent to every member with results of the meeting's final award amount.

We are a Giving Circle that is formed when individuals come together and pool their dollars, in an effort to empower young women.  We strongly move, respond and love in action.
