Mission

Gemstones in the Making exists to  create nurturing environments for young women to grow through self-discovery, mentorship and educational initiatives. We are all gemstones!

Vision

 Our vision is to create access to mental and behavioral health services and provide experiences to improve our participants well being.  We hope to see young women across the world living authentic and meaningful lives to their fullest potential. We envision all young women in the world understanding that we are ENOUGH.

A community of young women who set goals and crush them! women who will support each other as they bring about change in their lives, communities, and the world.  

Aspirational young women who are determined  to graduate high school confident, college-bound, career-focused,  ready to join the next generation of successfull women
