Summer Camp

Hello Gems!

 Our one-week summer camp provides a unique and influential environment where we will help you think positively about your body and the way you look. We encourage self-awareness and empathy, affirming that beauty instills confidence, not anxiety. By participating in the fun collaborative activities and exploratory sessions, the program aims to help YOU discover your potential by providing quality body confidence and self-esteem education. 

Our summer camp offers a comprehensive experience where we will introduce you to a wide variety of activities, guidance, tools, and skills. For instance, we will introduce you to the practice of yoga, breathing, and mindfulness; you will explore aerial and glow-in-the-dark yoga. You will also engage in  writing personal mantras, journaling, and participate in activities that will enhance your overall self-worth, including how you feel about the way you look and what your body can do. Come on a journey of Self-Care to develop a better Sense of Self!
