GEMSTONES PROGRAMS
Be Bold, Be Brave, Be YOU Yoga Program
This is a mindfulness-based yoga program intended to help manage and reduce stress and anxiety, improve well-being and help participants in the practice of self-development.
The yoga intervention consist of 12 sessions taking place every other Saturday for 60 minutes each, across a 6-month time frame.
Each session is led by an instructor and an assistant instructor. Both instructors are registered yoga teachers and hosted at Heart Space Yoga Studio.
Journey to mindfulness and the practice of journaling
A program for the Gemstones in the Making school clubs.
This program is specifically designed to help individuals develop mindfulness practices and introduce them to the art of journaling. Our primary goal is to enhance participants' overall well-being and foster the cultivation of a stronger sense of self.
12 sessions of 50 minutes each, across the school year.
